LOCATIONS
Our primary branch is located in Holloway, North London, N7 , Within the Islington Borough.
Parking: Free parking is available at Morrisons on Herselt Road, N7 6PL. You can get 2 hours of complimentary parking, and it's just a 5-minute walk from our location.
Trains: Closest train station is Finsbury Park & Holloway Road Station it’s a 10 minutes walk & 7 minutes drive from both.
Our secondary branch is located in Birmingham, specifically in Digbeth on Moseley Street, B12, Near City Center.
BEFORE APPOINTMENT
Please be advised that this service is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone aged 16 or 17 must be accompanied by an adult, or they will not be admitted.
It's important to have a meal and stay hydrated before your appointment. After the treatment, there is a two-hour period during which eating is not allowed, and the food options for the first 24 hours are quite restricted. Please plan accordingly.
For patients with a history of sensitive teeth, we suggest using toothpaste specifically designed for sensitive teeth, such as Sensodyne. It is advisable to pre-brush with this toothpaste a few days before your appointment.
RESCHEDULING
All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please ensure that you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment, and a 50% charge of the service will be applied.
You are allowed to reschedule your appointment ONCE. However, if you decide to reschedule again after already changing your appointment date once, a rescheduling fee of £30 will be applied. Additionally, any rescheduling must be completed within the same week.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a 50% charge of the service will be automatically applied to the card used for booking. Your initial deposit will become invalid, requiring you to make a new booking for any future appointments.
NO SHOWS WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BOOKING SERVICES AGAIN & CHARGED FULL PRICE.
Plus 1's
Kindly be aware of our strict NO PLUS ONE policy. This policy extends to include children, friends, pets, and family members. Only individuals with a confirmed booking should attend the appointment; others will be politely turned away. Your understanding and adherence to this policy are appreciated.
CHANGING SESSION TIMES
When booking, please select the precise session time you desire. For instance, if you reserve a 1-hour premium session and choose to have a 45-minute standard session during your appointment, you will still be charged for the originally booked 1-hour premium session.
Once your booking is confirmed, no further changes can be made. In the event that your session needs to be shortened for any reason, the full price will still be charged, as we strictly adhere to a no-refund policy. Please note that payment is required before any services are provided.
Please be aware that I reserve the right to cancel any appointment at my discretion, without issuing a refund, if I perceive any form of contestation, verbal abuse, or physical aggression. Such behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
FACIALS
Consultations will be conducted before your appointments, either on the day of your appointment or before booking. It is essential to arrive at the appointment without any makeup. Please be aware that our facial services are available only for individuals 18+ and are exclusively offered at our LONDON BRANCH.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, it will be automatically cancelled. A charge of 50% of the service will be applied, and your deposit will become invalid. To reschedule, you will need to make a new booking. Please be punctual to ensure a smooth and effective service.
